Filth and Wisdom

You can say that I have been delaying -as much as possible- watching this movie, but eventually I knew I’d watch it. With very low expectations I can say that this movie is really not good. It starts nowhere, goes nowhere and ends nowhere. This is a very pretentious nowhere movie.

Madonna’s directorial debut movie is based on the premise that there is no wisdom without filth and her vehicle is telling the story of three Londoners that by going down to filth achieve… wisdom? Not really. They achieve what they want, not more than that.

I do not have much to say about this film and I do not want to spend more words and time talking about it, so if you skip this movie you will not miss much.
