2009 Queer Lounge

I almost forget to check this year’s Sundance Queer Lounge site to find the LGTB movies, but if you want to learn the films by LGTB filmmakers and producers and LGTB themed please go here. Unfortunately most are of gay interest and as far as I read there are not many lesbian interest films, except perhaps for one.

Drool, Nancy Kissam, USA, 2008 (in Slamdance)
After her attempt to escape from her abusive husband accidentally ends with his death, a wife and her cosmetics-selling best friend (who may be more than that) head out on a cross-country trip to bury the corpse.

Sundance and Slamdance start tomorrow.
