Molodist 38 – Kyiv International Film Festival Award Winners

Recently the festival announced the award winners in the Sunny Bunny queer program and the winners are the following.

Best Film: The Guitar, Amy Redford, USA (lesbian interest)
Best Short: Café Com Leite, Daniel Riveiro, Brazil (gay interest)

Yesterday they announced the first awards in the Competition program and here they are

FIPRESCI Award: Versailles, Pierre Scholler, France

FICC Award: Buddha Collapsed Out of Shame, Hana Makhmalbaf, Iran
Special Mentions: Snow, Aida Begic, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Le Ring (Fight), Anais Barbeau-Lavalette, Canada

Ecumenical Award: Un Coeur Simple, Marion Laine, France
Special Mention: Buddha Collapsed Out of Shame, Hana Makhmalbaf, Iran

Best Ukrainian Film: Butterfly Wings, Oleksandr Balagura, Ukraine

Prize for Best Full-Feature Film: Hadersfild (Huddersfield), Ivan Zivkovic, Serbia, 2007
Yves Montad Prize for Best Acting: Zsolt Anger for A Nyomozo (The Investigator), Atila Gigor, Hungary, 2007
