2008 Bangkok International Film Festival Award Winners

The fest runs from September 23 to 30 but seems that they already announced the winners as Variety reports them today and here they are.

Golden Kinnaree for Best Film: PVC-1, Spiros Stathoulopoulos, Colombia, 2007
RunnerUp Prize: An Seh (Those Three), Naghi Nemati, Iran, 2007
Special Jury Prize: Alicia en el País (Alice in The Land), Esteban Larraín, Chile, 2008

Southeast Asian Competition
Golden Kinnaree for Best Film : Serbis, Brillante Mendoza, Philippines, 2008
Second Prize: Kurus (Days of Turquoise Sky), Woo Ming-jin, Malaysia, 2008
Special Mention: Taon noong ako'y anak sa labas (Years When I Was a Child Outside), John Torres, Philippines, 2007
