The Nanny Diaries

Nice and entertaining comedy about a coming to age of a young girl out of college that wants to study Anthropology and ends up being a nanny for a year or so to an uber rich family.

Even if the character is not supposed to be likeable have to say that Laura Linney has a great performance as Mrs. X; Scarlett Johansson is acceptable and I do not understand what Alicia Keys was doing here.

Not a masterpiece but great to spend some time with women that do nothing but shop, eat out and assist to glamorous events. I suppose is for all audiences, even if most viewers and critics claim that it does not do justice to the book. So if you read the book consider skipping the movie.
