25th Annecy Italian Cinema Festival

From September 25th to October 2nd 2007 this Italian festival was held and these are the winners.

Grand Prize: Riparo-Anis Tra Di Noi, Marco Simon Puccioni
Jury Special Prize: Io, l’Altro, Mohsen Melliti
Best Actress: Antonia Liskova, Riparo-Anis Tra Di Noi, Marco Simon Puccioni
Best Actor: David Coco, L’Umo Di Vetro
Sergio Leone Prize: Gianni Zanasi

CICAE: Valzer, Salvatore Maira
Audience Award: Baciami Piccina, Roberto Cimpanelli
Dauphiné Libéré Readers Prize: Io, L’Altro, Mohsen Melliti

If you check My Wish List you will notice that the winner of the Grand Prize is one movie I have been looking forward to see. I hope that soon I’m able to see it. For those lucky to live in Spain next November 2, 2007 will be screened there; soon after it will be screened in France and USA.
