2016 Robert Awards Winners

Last night the Danish Film Academy had their award ceremony and surprisingly the big winner of the night were not any of the two nominations leading films as top awards went to Land of Mine by Martin Zandvliet and got a total of six awards.

The annual awards are voted by the Danish Film Academy, which was founded in 1982 and is comprised by more than 2,000 members.

Yesterday the Danish Film Academy announced the nominations to honor Danish cinema with one category, Best Actress, delayed until next Friday, January 15. When the Academy makes the announcement this post will be modify to list the Best Actress nominees.

Obviously the Best Actress nominees could change the tally but up-to-today Krigen (A War) by Tobias Lindholm and Sommeren '92 by Kasper Barfoed lead with eight (8) nominations each.
