2009 Tromsø International Film Festival Award Winners

From January 13th to 18th the fest took place in Norway and screened 83 feature films and 55 short films in 9 program sections. Here are some of the award winners.

Don Quijote Prize: C’est pas Moi, Je le Jure! (It’s Not Me, I Swear!), Philippe Flardeau, Canada (black humor about childhood and loneliness… interesting)
Norwegian Peace Film Award: Waltz With Bashir, Ari Folman, Israel
The Tromsø Palm: Cairn, Hanne Larsen, Norway
Silver Audience Award: Shooting the Sun, Pål Jackman, Norway
